مهندس سید علی اکبرموسوی (خوئینی) نماینده مردم تهران در دوره ششم مجلس و دبیرکل سازمان دانش آموختگان ایران اسلامی (ادوارتحکیم وحدت) از بازداشتگاه 209 وزارت اطلاعات در اوین آزاد شد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی سازمان دانش آموختگان ایران، زهره اسلامیان همسر مهندس موسوی خوئینی با اعلام این خبر گفت : همسرم سرانجام پس از 130 روز بازداشت غیرموجه، شامگاه شنبه 29/7/85 با قرار وثیقه یکصد و پنجاه میلیون تومانی و بهمراه یک کفالت معادل آن آزاد شد.
